These spices complement the original flavour of your steak.
Defrost your preferred cut steak by kindly leaving it at room temperature (no defrost buttons on the microwave!)
Cover with olive oil, coarse black pepper, Funky Ouma’s African Rub and leave it for at least 30 minutes.
Braai in a pan or over the fire until medium-rare or medium.
Let it rest for 10 minutes and cut it into thick slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and any juice left on the plank.
Grind a dash of Oryx desert Shiraz and Black Pepper to taste.
