Biltong and Green Fig Pizza
Sweet and salty has never tasted so amazing before!
- Ceramic Pizza Stone
- Follow the instructions on the back of the pizza base packet. No shortcuts!
- Mix the tomato sauce and olive oil in a bowl and spread over the pre-cooked base.
- Slice the Green Olives and add to the base.
- Add the sliced Biltong.
- Cover with Mozzarella Cheese and bake (in a pre-heated @ 250 degrees Celcius oven on your ceramic pizza stone) until cheese is melted and bubbly
If you have cooked bases (without oppings) left over, place in an airtight bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before using.
